Ms. Hartmann performs data management, conducts statistical analysis and analyzes survey data. Much of her work at FSC has focused on modeling load impacts using individual customer regressions. Ms. Hartmann has a background in public policy and experience with data management, statistical analysis and regression modeling.
During her time at FSC, Ms. Hartmann has worked on numerous projects including load impact evaluations, bill analyses and assessments of sampling techniques. She conducted bill analyses to examine the customer savings and losses under a DR program compared to both flat and TOU tariffs for a large California utility. She has also worked extensively with Census data to evaluate sampling techniques based on the ability to provide a sample that is representative of the population. She has pulled samples for pilot programs in California, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Additionally, Ms. Hartmann evaluated the ex post and ex ante impacts for the residential DR programs of one of California’s electric utilities for the past two years.
Ms. Hartmann holds a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University where she graduated with Distinction and Highest Honors.
